Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. This site does not store your full card number.
If we cannot complete the activation, duplicate charges occur or an order cannot be delivered, it is refunded in full. A completed activation is a digital service and is generally not refundable after delivery.

Do I need to give you my Claude password?
No. We only need the email address on your Claude account. We never ask for a password, a Google password or a login code.
How long does the activation take?
Most activations complete within 5 to 30 minutes after payment and after you reply with your Claude account email. If the channel is busy, it can take a little longer and the order page keeps the current status.
Will I lose my existing chats and projects?
No. The activation is added to the Claude account you already use, so your chats and projects remain in place.
Is this a recurring subscription?
No. The price shown is a one-time payment for one month. There is no automatic renewal and no stored card on this site.
What happens if the activation cannot be completed?
If our team cannot complete the activation on your account, the order is cancelled and refunded in full. You can check the status with your order number and purchase email.
